The Sigmund Freud-Marie Bonaparte correspondence: a path of analysis in several stages
Type de matériel :
33
The correspondence between Freud and Marie Bonaparte is the account of a real analysis, which begins with the elucidation Marie’s infantile neurosis. Then, the elaboration of her bisexuality alternates with compulsive movements that drive her to undergo surgical interventions in the face of which analysis is powerless. But the gradual elaboration of her identifications and the related mourning allows her to move from a position of victim to the realizations of the analyst and the Princess, as the “last of the Bonapartes”.
