Type de matériel :

On the occasion of the seventy-fifth anniversary of the Revue d’histoire des sciences, we look back at the articles published in this journal concerning the history of “contemporary” physics from the 19th to the first half of the 20th century, through thematic issues and independent articles (variorum), in the fields of thermodynamics, electromagnetism, relativity, quantum physics and nuclear physics. We observe that most of these articles were published between 1971 and 2000 and we suggest a few ideas for reviving publications in these fields through thematic issues.
