This article reviews the dynamics of the negociations held at Camp David in July 2000. After having presented the structural factors of the Summit in the context of the “Oslo Process” (nature of the stakes at play, of the relationships between the negotiators, and between them and the populations they represented), the study focuses on the decision-making process that made the summit possible, and on the tactics and strategies of the negotiating teams involved.
