Proximity managers caught in the middle

Dealing with the dynamic of provocation is quite a complex matter. Requesting information cannot be reduced to asking: “Have you experienced provocation?” We asked hundreds of people to relate an important event and then we analyzed whether they had suffered provocation or harassment by means of keywords extracted from the accounts. Such a method totally changed the content of the data, since the interviewees did not know about the subject of the enquiry; however, the disadvantage lies in the fact that the data collection was spread over a ten-year period. In approaching this phenomenon, it was necessary to review all the research carried out on how information is processed by the human brain. To learn how to control such situations, we used a triple loop modeling, with behavior management placed in the third loop, which implies that management of the first two has been achieved.
