The Psychical Functions of a Group Psychoanalytic Psychodrama in an Institution
Type de matériel :

The author shows how psychoanalytic groups in an institution have a psychical function that goes beyond the simple frame of their therapeutic space-time. He views the eventual “overflows” of these settings as modes of functioning rather than modes of dysfunctioning. He illustrates these remarks with a session of group psychoanalytic psychodrama in a situation of institutional crisis. He shows how psychodrama fulfills a psychical function for the subject that is equivalent to the function of the dream. With the notions of scenality, obscenality, and topographical transference, he shows how this work has led him to renew certain metapsychological conceptions which allow for a better understanding of psychopathologies reputed to be incompatible with psychoanalytic work.
