Negative pacts, inter-transference and crisis situations in a school setting

This text is an attempted retrospective re-reading of an intervention carried out by a team of four interveners quite a long time ago in a high school in Athens. It seems that a series of negative pacts (R. Kaës) at the time generated the elaboration of a shared utopia and led the institution in question towards a deep crisis situation at several levels: in the relations between teachers and students, teachers and school/parents of students, teachers and school/Ministry of Education, teachers/interveners. Furthermore, negation and utopia were just as present within the team of interveners, while (or as a consequence?) the inter-transference had never been sufficiently analysed or interpreted.
