Writing for mothers who did not go to school

In this text I try to analyse the statement “I detest writing” and, citing some eloquent passages from three writers (Albert Camus, Peter Handka, Annie Ernaux), I show how the transmission of parents, who were prevented from going to school due to violence and misery over several generations, impose on their heir a debt of writing that forms the basis and purpose of their writing.
