The complexity of networking will be discussed in relation to two situations of children placed in an educative institution, which implies collaboration with the guardianship and the institutions of care. The first case concerns a boy with violent behaviour, whose situation improved and so finally he was placed with a foster family. The second case concerns a girl suffering from a syndrome of parental alienation: her parents are divorced, the father has custody of the child, the child accuses him of touching her sexually, without there being any confirmation of this. The conflict between the parents is played out between the institution and the guardianship with respect to the therapeutic care of the child. In both cases, there is a partcular process that will be analysed in relation to the setting of the network. In the first, an outcome was possible, in the second, there was a debatable judicial decision, in spite of meetings for concertation. The process is understood in relation to the transsubjective setting of the network.
