Working remotely was pioneered in the 1950s by Norbert Wiener, and after several years of uncertainty, it has become an inescapable part of our economic reality. The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted all activities. Algerian companies will have to adapt. Remote work is structured around the notions of space and time. It increases well-being by reducing fatigue and creating a better balance between work and personal life. However, downsides include an increased risk of isolation, a lack of mobility, and a lack of communication. Remote workers are more profitable and less stressed.
