In a context marked by uncertainty and an intense flow of information around COVID-19, Competitive Intelligence and information practices have once again become a central concern of managers, executives, and public authorities. In this article, we will answer the following question: What impact has the COVID-19 crisis had on Competitive Intelligence practices ? Our goal is to determine if all Competitive Intelligence practices have been subject to modifications since the start of the crisis, identify organizational actors’ motivations for using these practices, and describe their vision of the competitive space.
