Mobilization and Resistance to Change in the Hinterland of Tanger-Med
Type de matériel :

Social mobilisations are becoming increasingly frequent in the hinterland of the new Tangier-Med, port as a reaction to the abrupt transformation of the area. Local people are making use of new politically expedient structures provided by the reform of the State. As a consequence of their hybrid nature, these structures are malfunctioning and hindering social mobilisations. Local voices are weakened because of the strategic interest of the project, but most of all, because of the duality of the new rescaled State, which only functions in a top-down dynamic.
