Type de matériel :
63
This text proposes to trace the origins of the health democracy movement, to make an initial summary assessment, and then to target a few prospects for development. At the regulatory and legislative level, solid foundations have been laid, but this does not guarantee the effective functioning of health democracy at the national or regional level. In some instances, facilitating democracy is a delicate exercise, for many reasons, including historical rigidities in the healthcare system. However, there are many opportunities, particularly technological and organizational, for actors in health democracy to renew their practices.
