However, the heterogeneous nature of health products accounts for the fact that the regulations implemented differ depending on the product category and the target public of the advertising message. Among these products, medicines fall into a restrictive regulatory framework, primarily governed by European Union law and now confronted with the development of the information society and health 2.0.
