The Practices of Nurses in Local Community Service Centers in Quebec and Prevention and Promotion in Cardiac Health

The major challenge for prevention-promotion is to strengthen secondary prevention and, especially, integrate primary prevention and promotion in nurses’ daily clinical practice.
