Brief Solution-Focused Therapy for Children
Type de matériel :
7
First we will argue the usefulness of the brief solution-focused therapy approach for children in family therapy through clinical case studies as well as theoretical and bibliographical support. The systemic framework is the basis, and all interventions are based on the techniques and the conversational style of solution-focused therapy. Secondly we will describe the elaboration of a model for kindergartens and primary schools. It is a solution-focused model based on workshops for teachers, parents and students of these grades. For the future the idea is to intervene as “solution-focused consultants” to respond to teachers’ demands. Today these workshops take place at the Emilie Brandt school in Levallois Perret, France, a Montessori school.
