Beyond the Pitfalls That Paralyze the Teams: Building a Framework for Trust?

How can professionals challenge each other and face the questions and dilemmas in which they can be stuck? How cant they continue to cooperate beyond the conflict? All these questions require a fundamental climate of trust, permanently revived to create a negotiation space and to allow for mutual development in the service of clinical work. The concept of “differentiation of self” elaborated by M. Bowen can be kept in mind in order to avoid pitfalls and to foster a context in which the voice of everyone emerges from relational issues.
