Par : Contributeur(s) : Type de matériel : TexteTexteLangue : français Détails de publication : 2012. Sujet(s) : Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : Within a professional context, the study of stress-related issues is recurrent and remains a topical question. The aim of this paper is to analyze the problem of stress and provide a source for determining the appropriate tools for the assessment of stress in the workplace. The purpose of this article is to achieve three goals. First, we analyze the concept of stress, including the multiple definitions and variety of models that can be found. Secondly, we examine current reviews on the evaluation of stress tools. We show a variety of indicators, both physiological and psychological, and their use in the workplace. With regard to the subjective indicators, we introduce the tools in terms of work stressors, perceived stress, coping and distress. Finally, in a third part we analyze both the theoretical (models) and methodological (tools) components of stress and discuss their applications and limitations in the workplace.
