The article proposes an operational model of internal reporting for agri-food companies, based on an institutional review. The figures on malnutrition in France and around the world, overweight and obesity, and the development of NCDs (non-communicable diseases) continue to grow, representing considerable direct and indirect costs. Appropriating this question is a public health issue. The WHO and the UN do this through their Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as do standardization bodies and the European Union by encouraging increased published information. Beyond regulation and the invitation to external reporting, it is time to encourage the integration of these objectives into management. Hence the proposal of a scorecard adapted to companies in the agri-food sector likely to meet the expectations of their stakeholders.
