Proposal of a conceptual model of management in a territorial social responsibility approach

Par : Type de matériel : TexteTexteLangue : français Détails de publication : 2024. Sujet(s) : Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : The appearance of the concept of Territorial Social Responsibility (RST) (Goujon- Belghit et al, 2022) made it possible to transpose Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into the territory and thus respond to the lack of territory rooting which would prove necessary for the appropriation of CSR, particularly by companies in the social and solidarity economy. With this concept of RST, it is now appropriate to study the methods of application. From a literature review focused mainly on the three notions of RST, territory and sustainable development, a conceptual management model is proposed built from the reference framework of values adopted for sustainable development within the meaning of the Brundtland report (1987), The opportunity is given to question, on the one hand, the notions of social, environmental and economic values and the respective capitals then highlighted, and on the other hand, the relationships and interdependencies between these three areas. The existence of adequate governance, the importance of which is underlined by the literature relating to CSR, completes this model through the prism of the territory as a system.
