Service users’ rights: Responsibilities and new practices
Type de matériel :
79
The real and effective exercise of service users’ rights has profoundly changed professional practices. New social interactions emerge from the constant search for more effective participation on the part of service users in how projects are managed and the services they use. These create tensions between, on the one hand, evaluations carried out by the person concerned and his or her representatives, and, on the other, evaluations carried out by professionals. More attention needs to be paid to the effective exercise of rights at the beginning of contact, and to the contents of the contract established at this initial stage.
