In 2014, reforms of the social institution pricing system aimed to provide greater equity and make trajectories through services easier to navigate. A project, “Services and Establishments,” was proposed, which establishes a more coherent link between the trajectories of disabled people and the financing they are offered. This has been piloted by the Ministerial Steering Group for Social Cohesion and the National Fund for Solidarity and Autonomy. This article reviews the principles guiding the project and its current status. It demonstrates that determining a pricing model involves political and strategic choices.
