The aim of this paper is to situate the impact of peer support in the field of inclusion and social work. Peer workers are now becoming essential actors in training and in the fight against exclusion. Consequently, this article summarizes and provides elements for analysis of an innovative program for the training of peer workers in the inclusion sector and more specifically in the sector of reception, accommodation, and integration, implemented at the Institut régional de travail social de Montrouge-Neuilly-sur-Marne, the Salvation Army, and within the framework of the Estates General of Social Work (2015).
