Cet article se propose de présenter les travaux de recherche en sciences de l’éducation de trois formateurs de l’Institut Saint-Simon : le premier s’interroge sur l’impact des écrits pédagogiques demandés aux stagiaires dans leur processus de professionnalisation. Le deuxième souhaite aborder la question de l’inclusion sociale et professionnelle de personnes en situation de handicap. Le troisième aborde la question de l’identité professionnelle des surveillants de nuit et leur rapport à la formation.

This article presents the research works of three instructors from the Institut Saint-Simon, all relating to education science. The first research work examines the impact of the pedagogy--related writing required of interns during the professionalization process that they undergo. The second work seeks to approach the issue of the social and professional inclusion of people with disabilities. The third work deals with the issue of the professional identity of night supervisors and their relationship to the training process.
