Fabienne est comédienne. Fabienne est citoyenne. Du monde. Elle subit un contrôle migratoire à la frontière italienne. Et tout se (re)déclenche en elle. Fabienne est photographe. Son engagement pour paraphe. Elle ne veut pas « faire spectacle avec ce qui est en train de se passer ». Alors elle observe, témoigne, lutte. Avec son cœur et ses tripes. Et son regard d’artiste nous donne, concernant la migration, l’occasion de transformer l’indignation en compréhension, considération puis en implications. « Faut qu’on travaille ».

Fabienne is an actress. Fabienne is a citizen… of the world. She has to go through a migration checkpoint at the Italian border. And something in her is (re-)triggered. Fabienne is a photographer. Her commitment is her autograph. She does not want to “make a show out of what’s happening”. So she observes, witnesses, struggles. With her heart and her guts. And her artist’s gaze gives us an opportunity to transform indignation about migration into comprehension, respect, and finally consequences. “We have to get to work.”
