Parfois inclassables psychopathologiquement, inadaptés scolairement et incasables socialement, mettant en échec toute proposition de soin. Ils se définissent négativement : ni psychotiques, ni névrotiques, ni pervers, ils présentent en fait des inorganisations identitaires narcissiques précoces. Appelés abusés narcissiques, ils méritent une approche psychopathologique fine et posent la question du soin.

How should we define and approach these populations of teenagers with difficult behavior and complex environmental situations, these psychically homeless adolescents, life’s little Pinocchios? They are sometimes psychopathologically unclassifiable, academically maladjusted, and socially unadaptable, making any suggestion of care impossible. They define themselves negatively: neither psychotic, nor neurotic, nor perverse, they in fact present early narcissistic identity inorganizations and can be referred to as narcissistically abused adolescents. They merit a detailed psychopathological approach and raise the question of care.
