RésuméDifférentes illustrations cliniques montrent la nécessité d’adapter nos prises en charge au lien particulier qui existe entre les jeunes jumeaux et leur mère.Nous sommes habitués à considérer la dyade mère-enfant, et nous sommes ici confrontés à l’intervention d’un tiers dans cette relation première. La consultation individuelle est parfois nécessaire dans le cas du handicap d’un des jumeaux, mais nous nous devons de leur ouvrir un espace de travail en commun.

Various clinic pictures show that we need to adapt our consultation to the particular link between young twins and their mothers. We are used to consider the dyad mother-infant and we are faced here with the intervention of another person in this first relationship. The individual consultation may sometime be necessary, in case of handicap of one of the twins. However, we have to offer them a place to work together.
