Les plateformes de finance participative ont pu s’inscrire dans des écosystèmes d’acteurs tout en révélant des projets à forte plus-value sociétale, devenant ainsi parties prenantes de l’écosystème territorial. Ce travail cherche à comprendre les particularités écosystémiques de la plateforme Efferve’sens (outil financier participatif coconstruit par les différents acteurs de l’écosystème territorial en Centre-Val de Loire). La démarche méthodologique a fédéré un groupe de 30 experts du secteur entrepreneurial (avocats, banquiers, experts-comptables, etc.) qui a participé à l’analyse du Business Model de cette plateforme. In fine, nous avons pu spécifier une « valeur territoriale » d’Efferve’sens au sens de Maillefert et Robert (2017).

Participatory finance platforms have been able to become part of ecosystems of actors while revealing projects with high societal added value, thus becoming part of the territorial ecosystem. This work seeks to understand the ecosystemic particularities of the Efferve’sens platform (a participatory financial tool co-constructed by the various actors of the territorial ecosystem in the Centre-Val de Loire). The methodological approach brought together a group of thirty experts from the entrepreneurial sector (lawyers, bankers, accountants, etc.) who participated in analyzing the business model of this platform. In the end, we were able to specify a “territorial value” of Efferve’sens in the sense of Maillefert and Robert (2017).
