RésuméL’auteur revient ici sur la genèse de son roman, Un secret, récemment porté à l’écran. C’est l’occasion pour lui de témoigner des effets après-coup de son analyse, où les ravages de la transmission inconsciente d’un secret de famille trouvent à s’écrire dans l’acte créateur qu’a supposé le passage du roman familial à la fiction. La littérature a ainsi permis à l’auteur de se délester de la hantise d’un frère mort et caché, substituant au roman des origines une figure transmissible d’un savoir sur l’origine.

Here, the author comes back to the genesis of his novel, A Secret, out of which a movie has recently been made. It gives him the opportunity to bear witness of the side effects of his analysis where the disorders of the unconscious transmission of a family secret lead to the writing of the creative act under laid by the passage from a family novel to a fiction. Thus literature has enabled the author to get rid of the hateful feeling of a dead and hidden brother shifting from a novel about origins to a transmissible notion of knowledge about origin.
