RésuméDispositif à vocation universelle, la pmi joue un rôle primordial dans l’accompagnement à la parentalité et le suivi des enfants. les récentes lois de protection de l’enfance et de prévention de la délinquance tendent à dévoyer les champs d’action de ses services : le signalement prime sur la prévention, le secret professionnel est menacé par l’obligation d’information des maires des communes où résident les familles prises en charge, la causalité biologique des troubles psychiques est affirmée sans nuances... Résistant à cette glissade répressive et à ce qu’elle comporte de stigmatisation, les professionnels du champ périnatal ont à repenser la coordination des actions et l’organisation des soins afin de continuer à offrir aux familles un soutien qui ne condescende pas au contrôle et à l’iniquité.
