Cet article a pour objectif de retranscrire l’observation d’un phénomène non encore étudié dans le champ des écosystèmes entrepreneuriaux (EE), celui de la fusion écosystémique. Cette manifestation s’inscrit dans le courant évolutionniste des EE et permet d’analyser les comportements entre au moins deux EE et leur adaptation mutuelle (Juxtaposition-Complémentarité-Dispersion-Symbiose) à des périodes différentes de leur cycle de vie respectif grâce à la notion d’ambidextrie écosystémique. Cette constatation n’a pu se faire qu’en mettant le chercheur au cœur du phénomène observé, grâce notamment à une approche autoethnographique et multiniveau lui ayant permis d’analyser l’ensemble des évolutions écosystémiques dans un temps long.

The purpose of this article is to describe the observation of a phenomenon that has not yet been studied in the field of entrepreneurial ecosystems, that of ecosystemic fusion. This event is part of the evolutionary trend in EEs and allows us to analyze the behavior of at least two entrepreneurial ecosystems and their mutual adaptation (Juxtaposition-Complementarity-Dispersion-Symbiosis) at different periods in their respective life cycles thanks to the notion of ecosystemic ambidexterity. This observation could only be made by placing the researcher at the heart of the phenomenon, thanks to an autoethnographic and multilevel approach that enabled him to analyze the ecosystemic evolutions over a long period.
