RésuméDans cet article, nous présentons les problématiques psychiques soulevées par l’accouchement sous X. Nous abordons successivement la question de l’abandon du bébé et celle de son adoption. Puis, nous développons les enjeux fondamentaux de la filiation, en différenciant filiation symbolique, filiation biologique et filiation narcissique.

In this text, we present the psychological problems raised by anonymous childbirth. We tackle in the following order the questions of the abandonment of a baby and those of its adoption. Then, we explain the fundamental issues of filiation, distinguishing symbolical filiations, biological filiations and narcissistic filiations.
