L’auteur saisit l’occasion offerte par Patrice Ranjard dans son article La question du titre publié dans la revue Gestalt n°45 pour rebondir ! En effet en deçà de la question du titre se pose la question de l’identité de la Gestalt-thérapie, de sa spécificité et du minimum commun dans lequel les gestalt-thérapeutes peuvent se reconnaître. Il apparaît utile de dissiper quelques malentendus qui pourraient nuire à la crédibilité de notre approche, si l’attention se concentre sur l’exacerbation des différences au lieu de ce centrer sur ce qui nous rassemble.

In this article, the author takes the opportunity offered by Patrice Ranjard (cf "The Question of the Title" published in Gestalt No. 45) to bounce back with an answer! Indeed, in spite of the questionable title, the issue at hand is the question of the identity of Gestalt therapy, its specificity and finding the lowest common denominator with which Gestalt therapists can identify. It seems useful to clear up some misunderstandings that could undermine the credibility of our approach, if all our attention is focused on exacerbating our differences instead of focusing on what brings us together.
