La complexité des situations individuelles des personnes accompagnées par les travailleurs sociaux est une chose bien connue. Ce qui l'est moins, c'est la grande difficulté d'engager un accompagnement "humain" là où un ensemble de barrières vient se dresser entre la personne accompagnée et le professionnel. Cet article propose une réflexion sur ce qui peut venir faire entrave à la relation humaine dans l'accompagnement particulier des personnes en foyer de vie.

The complexity of the individual situations of the persons supported by the social workers is a well-known thing. What is less know, is the great difficulty to undertake an accompaniment that would be « human », where a combination of barriers has risen up between the supported person and the professional. This article proposes a reflection on the elements that may hinder the human relationship in the particular support of the persons in reception facilities.
