À partir d’une définition de la précarité qui s’accorde avec les notions d’incertitude et de risque, nous développons un essai sur le déploiement de la précarisation du travail social, ses retombées néfastes couplées d’un potentiel de mobilisation créative. Si nous assistons à une montée de la précarisation du travail social, nous nous interrogeons sur l’occurrence de proximité entre professionnel du social et personnes accompagnées. Y aurait-il là, par la confrontation à l’expérience, un nouveau modèle de rapports sociaux en construction, porteur non seulement d’identification à autrui mais encore instigateur de nouvelles solidarités citoyennes ?

From the definition of precariousness which goes with the notions of uncertainty and risk, we develop a trial on the deployment of social work casualisation, its fatal effects coupled with a potential of creative mobilisation. If we witness a rise in the social work casualisation, we wonder about the case of closeness between social professionals and the people cared for. Could there be, by confrontation to experience, a new model of social relationships under construction, carrier not only of identification towards others but inspiring a new form of supportive citizenship?
