Dans cet article, il s’agit de rendre compte de la manière dont un parcours scolaire et personnel colore une identité professionnelle et dessine une démarche pédagogique dans le cadre de formation d’éducateurs spécialisés. L’approche s’appuie sur l’implication et l’inscription de l’étudiant dans son processus de formation, l’invitant à s’approprier ce qui lui semblait impossible ou interdit, à déployer ses potentialités pour emprunter le chemin de la connaissance et de l’appropriation de savoirs.

A process of building knowledge in social work trainingIn this article, the aim is to show how school and personal career colour a professional identity and outlines a pedagogical approach in the context of the training of specialised educators. The approach is based on the involvement and enrolment of the student in his training process, inviting him to appropriate what seemed impossible or forbidden to him, to deploy his potential in taking the path of knowledge and appropriation of knowledge.
