Impact des mesures prises par le contexte sanitaire du Covid-19 sur la pratique professionnelle d’un Conseiller principal d’éducation. Malgré les contraintes, les doutes et les difficultés du quotidien, cette période a été propice à une réflexion sur la manière d’exercer le métier de CPE dans un collège. L’approche par une éducation d’inspiration spinoziste a paru particulièrement stimulante, car elle permet de sortir d’une vision réductrice du système éducatif où l’élève apparaît être un corps à dresser plutôt qu’un être en devenir.

This article looks at the impact of the health measures taken during the COVID-19 pandemic on the professional practice of a Conseiller Principal d’Education (CPE) (principal education adviser). Despite the constraints, doubts, and difficulties of daily life, this period presented a good opportunity to reflect on the way to carry out the role of CPE in a middle school. The Spinozist-inspired educational approach seemed particularly stimulating, as it enabled us to move away from a reductive vision of the education system in which the pupil appears as a body to be trained rather than a being in the making.
