L’alimentation durable et les conditions de son accessibilité à toutes et tous constituent un véritable champ d’apprentissages et d’expérimentations contemporaines. A partir de la participation d’un établissement de formation en travail social à une recherche-action, les différentes parties prenantes ont été sollicitées pour investir les enjeux et les pratiques citoyennes de cette question commune et réfléchir à de nouvelles perspectives d’intervention sociale collective.

Sustainable food and the conditions of its accessibility to all constitute a real field of learning and contemporary experimentation. Based on the participation of a social work training institution in an action-research project, the various stakeholders were asked to consider the issues and citizen practices of this common question and to reflect on new perspectives of collective social intervention.
