Sociologists at the CRIDA

Par : Type de matériel : TexteTexteLangue : français Détails de publication : 2019. Sujet(s) : Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : “Sociologists at the crida” (Centre for Research and Intervention in the Fields of Democracy and Autonomy) is taken from a text serving as a support for the methodological seminar (in 2000) of this lsci/cnrs team. Taking the type of professional involvement of its members as a starting-point, the text situates them first within the movement of the work collectives, here in the domain of a research project that has the aim of accompanying and understanding the initiatives of social economy. It then raises the question of the “pertinent forms of knowledge” concerned by such a project, with reference to multi-referenced approaches (action research, symbolic interactionism, institutional analysis, economic anthropology…), not in order to be “the voice of those without voices” but rather to “open the way for those without voices”, the creators of activities searching for legitimisation. The approach thus considers the democratisation of economic life as a paradigmatic requirement. Almost twenty years after its elaboration, this document is valuable as a testimony for its approach and the contribution it makes to questionings that are still of relevance in 2019.
