RésuméLa mutation des principales bourses mondiales en entreprises de marchés immergées dans un univers concurrentiel n’a pas encore produit tous ses effets. Trois stratégies s’affrontent : le silo formé de la négociation et du post-marché ; l’oligopole dominé par les grandes bourses globalisées ; l’intégration de la négociation par les grandes institutions financières. L’objectif de cet article est de poser les bases d’une analyse de ces stratégies. The transformation of world’s main stock markets into enterprises acting in a competitive environment is in progress and its consequences are not all known. Three strategies are competing with each other: vertical integration of exchange and CSD; horizontal growth of the market share to an oligopoly overcame by large globalized exchanges; vertical control of exchange by large financial institutions. The aim of this paper is to set analysis foundations of financial strategies.
