L’article présente un dispositif collectif expérimenté afin de valoriser une technologie issue d’un laboratoire de recherche universitaire. La littérature sur les partenariats d’exploration a montré que la coordination et la cohésion étaient difficiles dans ces collectifs faute d’applications bien définies pour le concept étudié et faute de marché connu. La cartographie présentée dans l’article contribue à faciliter la coopération en guidant la trajectoire d’exploration du collectif. Le dispositif organisationnel conçu pour initier un premier partenariat d’exploration vise à renforcer sa cohésion par l’introduction d’une dimension conative.Codes JEL : O31, O32

How to Initiate a Collective Exploration ? Proposition of an Organizational Scheme, a Prelude to Exploration PartnershipsThis article presents a collective organizational scheme experimented to commercialize a technology conceived by an academic research laboratory. The literature on exploration partnerships has demonstrated that the coordination and the cohesion are difficult in these groups because of a lack of well-defined applications for the studied concept and because there is yet no market. The mapping presented in the article helps facilitate the cooperation by guiding the exploration trajectory of the partnership.
