La psychothérapie institutionnelle est moribonde, appauvrie entre autres par la financiarisation des soins et l’ultrahygiénisme. Parallèlement à cette dynamique préoccupante de rapports de pouvoir laissant le soin relationnel pour compte, le contexte social laisse apparaître un mouvement de transition citoyenne qui contient dans ses principes comme dans son organisation la notion centrale d’intelligence collective. Cette forme d’organisation des groupes repose sur des bases anciennes, réactualisées depuis les années 90. L’article développe l’idée que cette forme d’intelligence sociale fait appel à des concepts très proches de ceux qui ont défini la psychothérapie institutionnelle. La clinique de l’adolescent en crise sera dans le texte le support pour mettre en lumière cette analogie selon trois axes : les liens entre les membres du groupe, l’horizontalisation des rapports de pouvoir et enfin la notion de processus émergent.

Institutional psychotherapy is moribund, impoverished by the financialization of care and the excess of hygiene. In parallel with this worrying verticalization of power relations that neglects relational care, the social context reveals a dynamic of citizen transition that holds the notion of collective intelligence at the core of its principles and organization. This article develops the idea that this form of group organization relies on ancient concepts, revived in the 1990s, that are intrinsically linked to those that first defined institutional psychotherapy. The clinic for the treatment of adolescents is here the basis on which we develop this analogy between institutional psychotherapy and citizen transition according to three axes: the bonds between members of the group, the horizontalization of power relations, and the notion of emergent process. To that end, institutional psychotherapy is identified as an example of social resiliency during the Second World War, but also a pioneer space of the current social transformations. Therefore, a clinical necessity is identified in institutional psychotherapy, which is highly topical.

La psicoterapia institucional está muriéndose, entre otras cosas por la financiarización y el ultra-higienismo. En paralelo con esta dinámica preocupante de relaciones de poder al abandonar el cuidado relacional, el contexto social deja que aparezca un movimiento de transición ciudadano que integra en sus principios lo mismo que en su organización la noción central de inteligencia colectiva. Esta forma de organización de los grupos descansa en unas bases antiguas, reactualizadas desde los años 90. El artículo desarrolla la idea que esta forma de inteligencia social se vale de conceptos muy cercanos a aquellos que han definido la psicoterapia institucional. La clínica del adolescente en crisis será en el texto el soporte para poner el énfasis en esta analogía según tres ejes: los vínculos entre los miembros del grupo, la horizontalización de las relaciones de poder y por fin la noción de proceso emergente.
