Les convergences technologiques portées par le marché des données numériques touchent tous les domaines y compris la santé. Du fait de la spécificité du soin psychiatrique, il est urgent de requestionner la critériologie du trouble mental susceptible d’être codée en données à partir d’un abord clinique resituant le trouble mental dans la médecine. Une clinique renforcée par une anthropologie phénoménologique liée à la physiologie et à l’abord socio-environnemental pour tout à la fois expliquer et comprendre que la pathologie va prendre en compte l’irréductible complexité des données. Ce d’autant plus que l’approfondissement de l’organicisme issu de la phénoménologie continentale critique aura éclairé les prérequis manquants aux théories et critériologies actuelles.

The digitization of psychiatry: With what body and for what soul?Technological convergences made possible by the digital data market have an impact on all fields, including healthcare. The specific nature of psychiatric care requires us to urgently investigate the criteriology of mental disorders likely to be encoded into data, using a clinical approach that places mental disorders back within a medical context. A clinical study bolstered by a phenomenological anthropology—linked both to physiology and to a socio-environmental approach in order to explain and understand the disease—will take into account the irreducible complexity of the data. Additionally, studying organicism, that is, a holistic view of the mind-body unit that originates in critical continental phenomenology, will shed light on the prerequisites that are missing from present-day theories and criteriologies of mental disorders.

Las convergencias tecnológicas defendidas por el mercado de los datos digitales alcanza n a todos los ámbitos, salud incluida. Debido a la especificidad del cuidado psiquiátrico, es urgente cuestionar de nuevo la criteriología del trastorno mental susceptible de ser codificada en datos a partir de un abordaje clínico que vuelve a situar el trastorno mental en la medicina. Una clínica reforzada por una antropología fenomenológica vinculada a la fisiología y al enfoque socioambiental para a la vez explicar y entender que la patología va a tomar en cuenta la irreductible complejidad de los datos. Y ello, cuanto más que la profundización del organicismo procedente de la fenomenología continental crítica haya aclarado los requisitos faltantes y las criteriologías actuales.
