When a child suffers from pervasive development disorders, he is perceived in the first moments of his life by an excess of difference which directly impacts on the development of his identity. The entrance in an institution which articulates family guidance, personal guidance and a clinical group study, can help to perceive and welcome the emergence of the animal figure as a first and less strange object of identify projection, to which the group can relate. These different interlocking can open the way to more and more « human » group representations which provide the children with new identification possibilities as well as the creation of the first psychic containers.
