Scenodrama Therapy with a Single Parent and Young Children
Type de matériel :
72
This new setting helps contain a family by playing with the children and their single parent when the family bonds are torn apart after a conflictive separation. Using objects of relationship helps the members of this new family group to evolve into new subjective and intersubjective relationships. The narratives of the scenarios link unconscious minds, stimulate creativity and enable both a new subjective appropriation of oneself and of one’s position in the family group. The function of the play therapist leader is to build up a scenario linked with the stories proposed by each family member. The session therapist leader regulates timing and indicates when it is time to play collectively and time to stop. This play with its limits of time and place becomes the melting pot of psychic reconstruction.
