The Author questions the echo the work of the feminine during adolescence and adoption can have. In the light of a clinical case, we suggest to understand how a subject with an adoption story can resort to masochism and conducts of body attacks during adolescence. The adoption could amplify the anxiety of abandonment and the conflict of ambivalence inherent to any psychosexual feminine development.
