An individual practice of psychological care at the origin, an approach of investigation of the functioning of the psyche, and a metapsychology, psychoanalysis is based on the discovery of the unconscious, the pulsion duality and transferential processes. Since its inception, new care systems have been tested over time – group arrangements and mediation ones especially. Inspired by the inaugural psychoanalysis, these transition spaces stand out by making possible the emergence of processes that cannot unfold in the initial system. However demand and work remain constant as far as what is given in and by the interventions of the analyst is concerned, and this, whatever the measures or mediations. These interpretative utterances are in no way a form of application of a theoretical model. The elaboration and formulation of an interpretation as the way to address it to others, in a situation of intersubjectivity, and affectionate distance, are undoubtedly the creative moment in action of the work guided by the experience of psychoanalysis. This article revisits at least part of this work of the interpretant which is as much about the scientific spirit and rigor as about a capacity for solicitude and a particular art of conversation. It explains how it is possible to thwart the attacks of the object or link and restore the links of trust and collaboration.
