Corporate Social Responsibility: Representation of the Economy and the Law
Type de matériel :
85
Corporate social responsibility practices renew the representation of the economy and the law: on the one hand, they take rules (be they public or private) not as obstacles but rather as strategic resources in the economic game; on the other hand, they show that when public rules are lacking, private actors are capable of inventing the rules they need. Finally, public authorities are not inactive; rather, they attempt to take advantage of the business game, in order to set up a representation of the economy where private rules may serve as the foundation of new public regulation.
