La robotisation de l’homme implique une hybridation plus ou moins intime avec la machine. Lorsqu’elle participe à la réparation de l’être humain, elle engendre une modification du statut juridique du robot qui passe de la catégorie des choses à celle des personnes, ce qui a des effets remarquables en matière de responsabilité civile. Toutefois, à mesure que l’aspect thérapeutique de l’hybridation est gommé, non seulement le robot s’éloigne d’autant de la catégorie des personnes, mais le corps hybridé pose de nombreuses questions au regard des droits fondamentaux.
