L’éthique clinique nécessite la mise en œuvre d’un double mouvement : celui d’une sensibilité à autrui d’une part, celui de la capacité à répondre de ses décisions devant autrui d’autre part. Pour développer cette dernière, des médecins et des soignants se sont réunis dans le cadre d’une collaboration interprofessionnelle, afin de créer un outil qui permette de structurer un raisonnement éthique et de dégager des pistes d’actions en situation complexe.

An abstract tool to learn the ethical reasoningThe clinical ethics requires the implementation of a double movement: on one hand that of a sensibility towards others, and on the other hand that of taking accountability of the decisions in front of others. To develop this last one, doctors and nurses met, within the frame(work) of an inter-professional collaboration, to create a tool which allows to structure an ethical reasoning and (helps) to elaborate ways of acting in complex situation.
