Cet article propose une conceptualisation métapsychologique de la construction de l’identité en appui sur les concepts fondamentaux de la théorie kleinienne et post-kleinienne. À partir du concept d’identification projective et de ses développements par W. R. Bion et J. S. Grotstein notamment, l’identité apparaît comme relevant d’un processus complexe engageant de manière itérative un sujet (bébé) et un objet (parent ou professionnel). C’est fondamentalement au travers des caractéristiques quantitatives et qualitatives du lien inter-subjectif qui les unit qu’une telle construction se développe, dans une singularité chaque fois renouvelée.

This article proposes a metapsychological conceptualization of identity’s construction in reference of kleinian and post kleinian fundamental concepts. Based upon the projective identification’s concept and its developments by W. R. Bion and J. S. Grotstein in particular, identity appears to be part of a complex process involving iteratively a subject (baby) and an object (parent or professional). It is fundamentally through the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the inter-subjective link that unites them such a construction develops in a singularity each time renewed.
